UZO Public Release: Draft 1
The draft of the UZO is now available for download and review. You may download either the entire draft ordinance or each Article individually. Some sections are still being finalized and as they are finished we will be posting them here.
Hard copies of the Unified Zoning Ordinance draft are available in all public libraries in Chatham County.
All of the files are Adobe .pdf files. Adobe has a search bar which will allow you to search for keywords throughout the document.
